Beeston hairstylist wins heat

A STYLIST from a Beeston hair salon has won through to the regional heat of a prestigious national competition.

Vicki Owens from Toton works at the Keith Hall Hairdressing salon in Beeston and entered in the Pop Couture category of the Wella Trend Vision Competition at the Midlands Regional Heat in Kenilworth on Monday, May 21 and won a place in the regional final.

Four heats have taken place across the country during May with the winners going through to the regional final.

The national final will take place in October.
