Waste Collection Delayed Due To Weather Conditions

Due to the adverse weather conditions, the garden waste collections in Broxtowe Borough scheduled for Friday 8 and Saturday 9 January 2010 have been cancelled. The next collection will be take place in one months time.
The areas affected are:
Friday: Toton
Saturday: Bramcote- Sandringham side of the A52
The icy weather conditions have also meant that it has not been possible for the refuse collection vehicles to access some side streets. Residents in Broxtowe Borough are being advised that if their bin has not been emptied due to the adverse conditions, please leave it out and the refuse team will make arrangements to get the bin collected as soon as possible
