A52 to be closed overnight

There will be no access from Toton (B6003 Stapleford/Toton Lane) to the roundabout during the night. Diversion signs will be in place.
On the two nights of Thursday, July 5 and Friday, July 6 between 2100 hrs to 0600hrs, there will be overnight closures of A52 eastbound carriageway between M1 J25 and Bramcote Island for resurfacing of the roundabout and approaches.
There will be no access from Stapleford (B6003 Toton Lane) to the roundabout during the night. Diversion signs will be in place.
Updates
Phase 1 of the programme started on April, 11 on the Toton side of the roundabout and was completed on April, 13, two days ahead of schedule.
The work involved excavating the splitter island and stripping the topsoil for widening the A52 approach from Nottingham.
Phase 2 of the programme started on April, 16 and is due to be completed by the end of August.
This involves widening the A52 approach roads from Nottingham and Derby, building the short link road through the roundabout and widening the circulatory carriageway.
