We are nearly a year old now and plan to celebrate our first birthday in style in May!April has been a fantastic month. Firstly we’ve had the website revamped and now the pages are accessed from the top bar.
Features and Sports Page
Also added this month, are the Features Page and Sports Page.
The Features Page will enable us to tackle more in depth issues which are relevant to us all.
Travel Writer
We’ve also got an experienced Travel Writer on board. Helen Werin is great and hugely talented and has agreed to let us have features on a regular basis. They are all holidays and breaks that we can all enjoy, whatever our taste or budget.
The Sports Page will allow us to post sports results at ground roots level and we will endeavour to contact all local sports clubs in the NG9 area to tell them about our free service.
Blog
And we’ve added an Editor’s Blog. Read about the day to day details of running a website and see that our Editor is just a normal person (well that’s what we tell her!). Musings and anecdotes from our leader.
Business Listing
And we’ve sold more listings in our Business Directory – have a look it’s expanding all the time and if you use any of these businesses please tell them you got their details from the NG9 website.
Viewing figures per month are still 12,000 – we’re obviously doing something right!
