BBC weather presented from Attenborough!

Bright sunny weather today (Monday, February 11) brought more than the youngsters and their parents, enjoying the half term holidays, to Attenborough Nature Reserve.The BBC East Midlands Today team sent Sara Blizzard to present the weather live from outside the Attenborough Nature Centre for their lunch time show, which goes on air at around 1.30pm.
Complete with camera crew and technical team, Sara coolly sat feeding a swan before broadcasting live to the East Midlands.
Although she had to ‘swan off’ after the broadcast, to be back in time to present the BBC’s East Midlands Afternoon News Bulletin, the team stayed behind to enjoy lunch and a well-earned break in the Nature Centre café.
