'Eggciting' Times at Broadgate Park

This Easter will see some “eggciting” entertainment on Broadgate Park in Beeston.
On Saturday, March 22, from 11am there will be a host of activities including egg decorating, have a go circus and the chance to meet various stilt walking characters.
Children and adults alike are then welcome to bring along a packed lunch and join in with the Easter Picnic.
Egg Rolling Ceremony
Afternoon entertainment includes an interactive puppet show and a grand egg rolling ceremony.
At 2pm there will be an Easter Bonnet parade where all participants will receive a small prize. Entertainment will finish around 3pm.
Joint Venture
The event is a joint venture between the Beeston Business Forum and Broxtowe Borough Council and is one of many events planned in the town for the coming year. After the success of Spooky Saturday back in October, Broadgate Park will be host to at least two events this year.
