Calm Course at College

A relaxation and meditation course will be starting at Castle College’s Middle Street Resource Centre, Beeston, on Tuesday, October 30 for five weeks, between 6pm and 8pm.

The course costs £35 plus a £10 administration fee but is free if you are in receipt of a means tested benefit.
