Internet Exercise Classes Launched

Wobics.com is a free service which allows visitors to the site to access and download video clips of exercise classes including aerobics, yoga, break-dancing and self-defence.
Graeme Spice came up with the idea of Wobics.com after his dad missed a few weeks of his gym class and felt unable to go back.
The service is aimed at those who are either too busy or self-conscious to go to the gym.
Wobics classes are filmed at the Quantum Matrix Dance Studio, in Nottingham, apart from the self-defence and striking techniques classes, which are produced at Warrior Martial Arts, Station Road, Beeston.
Graeme, who works part-time at Ginos restaurant in Stapleford, does the abs classes, which build stomach muscles.
