Free courses could change your life
15 November, 2007
If one of your New Year’s Resolutions to become more assertive, or if you would like to become more confident or learn to cope with stress – then Castle College’s Community Team has a wide range of Personal Development courses taking place in January and February 2008.
Free courses
The free courses are designed to help people develop self management strategies for better mental health, and cover subjects such as Creativity and Wellbeing, Creating Positive Relationships, Food and Mood and Anger Management.
Jenny Stapleton, 36 from Stapleford, is just one student who has turned her life around by taking Personal Development courses.
During her time at College Jenny completed the Anxiety Management, Building Self Confidence, Assertiveness and Moving Forward courses, meeting some fantastic people who became her good friends, and finally realising the person she actually was.
”Helped me change my life”
Jenny said: “These are a great set of courses which helped me change my life and look to the future.”
