M1 widening information to March 8

Updated information on the M1 Junction 25 to 28 widening scheme.AMENDED - Junction 25 to Junction 26
The north and southbound carriageways will be reduced to three narrow lanes with no hard shoulder and a 50mph speed limit from Junction 25 to 26.
* The southbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Wednesday 4 March for carriageway repairs
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 11am on Thursday 5 March for carriageway repairs
* The southbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Saturday 7 March for communications work
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Saturday 7 March for communications work
AMENDED - Junction 26 to Junction 27
The north and southbound carriageways have a 50mph speed limit in place
* The southbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 March for communications work
* The southbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between midnight and 5am on Friday 6 March for surfacing work
* The southbound junction 26 exit slip road will be closed between midnight and 5am on Friday 6 March for surfacing work. Traffic will be diverted via junction 25
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 March for communications work
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Thursday 5 March for carriageway repairs
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between midnight and 5am on Friday 6 March for carriageway repairs
AMENDED - Junction 27 to Junction 28
The north and southbound carriageways continue to be reduced to three narrow lanes with no hard shoulder and a 50mph speed limit. The southbound free flow lane from the A38 Mansfield remains closed until 2010.
* The southbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am on Thursday 4 March for communications work
* The northbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane between 10pm and 5am Thursday 4 March for communications work
