Man due in court over Chilwell death

Denton Levi Terry Moneypenny, of Bramerton Road, Bilborough, will appear before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Wednesday, November 7, 2007).
Mr Blackwell was assaulted during an altercation outside Deepak Store in Barn Croft in Chilwell around 11.45am on Friday, November 2, 2007. He died later that afternoon at Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre.
