Poppy Collectors needed in Beeston

Volunteers are being sought to help with this year’s Poppy Appeal.

This year’s Poppy Appeal in Beeston will be launched at Royal British Legion Beeston and District branch on Friday, October 26 at the British Legion Social Club on Hallcroft.

Volunteers who can help out on Saturday, November 3 and November 10 in the Beeston and Chilwell area, are asked to contact Allison.dobbs@ntlworld.com or telephone 0772 401 4256.

Allison is also keen to hear from local businesses who may be able to help by putting a box of poppies in their workplace.
