Armed robbers target house on Toton Lane, Stapleford

Detectives are investigating an armed robbery after three men wearing balaclavas forced their way into a house on Toton Lane, Stapleford, at around 8.15am on Monday, March 23.One of the men threatened a woman in the address with what is believed to be a firearm before stealing a quantity of cash and jewellery.
The woman was uninjured during the incident, although a 17-year-old youth who was outside the address was punched in the head as the offenders fled the premises. He suffered minor injuries, but did not require hospital treatment.
One of the men has been described as white, 5ft 10in, of average build, with auburn hair and stubble.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or was in the Toton Lane area at around 8.15am on the morning of March 23 to contact them.
