Dinner to celebrate 30th anniversary of Twinning Partnership

A dinner will take place to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Twinning Partnership between the Borough of Broxtowe and Stadt Gütersloh.The event will take place at Risley Hall on Friday, March 14, and will be hosted by the Mayor of Broxtowe, Cllr Brian Wombwell.
A delegation from Gütersloh will arrive in the area earlier on Friday.
The Broxtowe Twinning Association was created in 1978 to develop links the town, which is situated at the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia in the West of Germany and is the capital of the Gütersloh district.
Gütersloh is twinned with Broxtowe Borough (GB), Châteauroux (F), Grudziadz (PL) and Falun (S).
