Saturday, February 16, sees the next Absolute Salsa night at Derby Dance.
These regular evenings allow attendees to dance the night away and have been taking Derby by storm since their launch in August 2007. Normally taking place on Friday nights, the February Absolute Salsa moves to Saturday night to keep the passion sizzling post-Valentine’s-Day.
Featuring tuition from the Absolute Salsa team and Lee Hunter, named Number One Salsa Dance Teacher in the UK 2007, these regular club nights offer the public the biggest and best salsa experience available, within a sizzling and sociable atmosphere.
Strictly Salsa
The evening is strictly salsa, covering the New York Style, with Lee and the rest of the Absolute team providing fun-packed 45 minute lessons for complete beginners, beginners and improvers at the start of the night. Once everyone has learned the moves, they’re let loose to dance until late to hot salsa tunes and R&B Latin beats delivered by top DJ’s in two dance rooms.
This is a great opportunity for the public to come along to Derby Dance and feed their salsa addiction, whilst helping to put salsa dancing in Derby firmly on the map. The night is guaranteed to put the spice in spicy and the sizzle in sizzling this Valentines.
On the night there will be drinks offers available, with a relaxed and sociable environment in which everyone can learn and enjoy salsa.
