Beauty School Opens

whitely-mill2 CASTLE College's new facilities for Hair, Beauty and Holistic Therapies students have been opened in style.

Based at the Whiteley Mill Campus in Stapleford, the facilities were officially opened by Doug Wilcockson, the Mayor of Broxtowe, on Monday, May 14.

With Hair Salons and Beauty and Holistic clinics, all of which are open to the public, the Mill provides students with all the equipment, products and support they need to succeed in the fast paced industry Hair & Beauty industry.

Talking about the event Hair and Beauty Lecturer Wendy Charlton said: “Everyone has been really impressed with the hard work of all the students in putting this event together and making it such a success.
“The designs they created for the Catwalk show were wonderful and we are all very proud of what they have achieved.
“The Salons who attended all commented on the standard of the work and several learners have been asked to attend interviews.”
